Saw It-Made It

I saw a picture of a wire bracelet somewhere, so I tried it. I liked the idea that it was an assemblage piece. You know me and metals. I used copper tubing, wire, spacer beads, and some found objects. I made the wire structure last night and I put on the found objects this morning.

You can click on the pict for a larger view. I made the scan a little larger so you could see the details. Comments welcome.

Belinda, that's gorgeous!

I took a class with Susan Lenart Kazmer at Art & Soul in which we made a similar bracelet. She's got a book coming out soon, so people who like that style have something to look forward to. Great work!

I just love it!!! I've been wanting to work with metal. I'm like a crow, attracted to shiny objects!
