This Week's Give-away

You will get a signed copy of the newest issue of Quilting Arts. If you don't already know, I have an article in this issue. I also have my go green! quiltie in there. Double the pleasure, double the fun! Yep, I was double-y happy. To entice you further, I will include in this week's give-away a piece of my original jewelry. Not sure what it will be, since I have not made it yet. I will though.

You have until Sunday to post a comment to this post. I will use the random generator to pick a winner. You need to come back on Monday to check if you have won. Yes, international friends are welcome to comment. If you win, I will mail it to you, no matter where you may be on our planet.

Yoo hoo I am the first to leave a comment. Maybe that is a sign. I love your green quiltie and I am so happy that you are published not once but twice in quilting arts magazine. The nice thing is that they have a large variety of readers. It is one of my favorite magazines. You have done alot of amazing things this summer Belinda. I look forward to what is to come.

Congrats on being published! Loved the article in this issue, and the artwork was fabulous, as usual. Oh, and if I'm lucky enough to be picked, don't worry - I'll be gifting the magazine to my sister, since I already have this copy!

Hello Belinda,

I'm quite a newcomer to yahoo-groups ( now for a month I joined NGS) and I'm exploring bit by bit the blogs / sites of the other people, so now I came to yours...

Of course I want to be in your give-away... it's a way to learn to know the work of other people ! It seems you're quite busy on different mediums... and a dremel-artist ? Never heard of it !!
I got a dremel for my newyearspresent and I'm very happy with it cause it helps a lot to make tiny, straight holes in my little books to sew them, but for the moment I don't use it for much else !

Maybe I can learn from you !

greetings
Inge from Belgium

I bought the magazine because of your piece in it! But I haven't read the article yet, I'm saving it to read on my road trip across the country!(I have other mags too, LOL)This is a spectacular piece joining paper and fabric -- and so many other materials, Belinda -- congratulations!

Okay, you're probably tired of hearing this but you really have inspired me. I even just picked up my first Dremel drill and can't wait to use it.

I also entered a quiltie in the 5x5 challenge and hope to see it in the next issue but if I don't it's okay since the challenges offer me a way to stretch myself as an artist.

Keep up the good work!!
