Little Window $30 Certificate giveaway!

How fabulous is that? In addition to the large resin kit being given away in the post below, I am also giving away a $30 gift certificate. Winner will be chosen by the random number generator.

This will be mailed directly from Little Windows.

This was the fabulous resin that I used in all three of my workshops during Create Art Retreat Chicago.

You need to do one of two things to win this fabulous giveaway:

1. If you do Facebook, you need to go to their page and "Like" them. Come back here and comment that you did it so I can include you for the random generator. If you feel the need, you can tell me what you would do with the resin and if you have ever played with it before. Little Windows Facebook Page

2. If you don't use Facebook, you just need to comment to this post and tell me what you think about resin and what you have done with it. If you haven't, what is holding you back. What do you want to do with this resin?

Little Windows website

I will pick a winner randomly on Wednesday, Sept 7th. If I don't hear from you by Sunday, Sept 11th, I will pick another winner. You need to email me using the email link in the right column. Good luck!

Hi, I went to the "Little Window" Facebook page and, yes, I like them, I really really like them ;-}

Not sure what I would do with the resin but I think it would be fun to make a resin and fiber cabochon (fibers (wool, silk, threads, etc) encased in the resin (like amber) -- can I do this?

Sandy, there is so much that you can do with resin. As long as the resin is encased in something, I think that you can do it. I can do a lot with it even if it is not encased in something as long as it is not fibrous so the resin is not sucked up or leaks through. I don't know if it is on the website yet but Little Windows has a new sealer for fabric so that you can do resin with fabric and fibers. I was thinking resin with art quilting where I could put some resin on some vibrant texture areas or on a focal picture that was sewn on. The sealer would prevent the resin from soaking through my layers of fabric. I just looked and don't see it on her website yet. You could always email her and ask her about it, if you win this certificate!Belinda

I'd really love to try this resin out! I think it would really enhance mini watercolor/acrylic/mixed media pieces instead of photos and would love to try that out. Thanks for another great giveaway. I liked the site and their quick and friendly responses.

Little Windows looks like a good product, left a comment to that effect. I'd love to make some jewelry: charms, pendants etc. Thanks for letting me know about them, I wasn't pleased with the last resin I tried.
