These are the signature pages. 3 3/4" by 3 1/2" inches. You fold along the 3/ 3/4" edge so the that you end up with a 3 3/4" length. You are folding the 3 1/2" in half to get the 1 3/4" width. Left is folded in half and right is the cut signature sheet. The folded edge is what goes inside the binding. The 2 open edges will be where you will glue your plastic sleeves for the ATCs.
