How the tag was done

This is for JavaJudi! What he did was a background color(s) in the orange family. He dried it with a little heat. Tim Holtz then used a Heidi Swapp mask on top of the orange background. He then put the blue shades on and blended them a little with his finger. Removed the mask and he was done. Those masks are wonderful. I just got some for myself and for a creative journaling class that I will be teaching in this October. Hope that answers your question. Email me privately if you have any more questions.
