Had a fun art day
I spent last Sunday with some very good friends of mine - my art buds. We spent the day playing with Adirondack dabbers, color wash, doing the Talbot style of collage, and did some matchbook art. Here is a sample of the Talbot style of collage. I did it on a postcard sized piece of matboard. No matchbook art to show you - I gave the ones I did to Harriet and Shari.
Had some garlic french fries for lunch. They were awesome, wicked good. They did give me fierce bad breath though. The place was very large at the Darien police dept. It was a meeting of the Midwest Collage Society. It was funny to see a bunch of women lighting up matchbooks in front of the police dept.
