Dremel for Artists

Yet another Yahoo group to join. Time to cull your other ones and join this one. This one is for Dremel users. It does not matter if yours has not seen the light of day yet (still in its box) or if you use it daily, this is the group for you. You can ask questions, answer questions, share what you did with it, and maybe learn a few tips, trips, and techniques along the way. You don't have to be scared of power tools anymore!

I own 3 Dremel rotary tools, glue gun, vise, and workstation. Hope to add more to my collection soon.

I'm joining. I was trying to alter a punch today. I wanted to make a flat topped heart. I started with a bastard file and couldn't get it in the little space. I took out my dremel tool but couldn't figure out which one would work best so continued with files. It took forever but I was able to alter the punch. I also tried to cut a wooden domino in half. It came out too rough. I was disappointed. Perhaps there was a better way.

I'm there! I really need to learn what all I can use mine for! It's brand new and I've had it for over a year! Thanks for the link! Marva
