Hey Belinda, I've made cookie cutters before using a tin can --cutting a section from the circumference (as in cutting off the top and bottom and leaving the center) then bending this circle of tin into shape with pliers. I've seen instructions for using tin strips, but I can't remember where. Maybe it's still on the web somewhere? Best, alisa :)
