As one door closes, I wait for another to open

This year has been a great art year for me. I have been very fortunate. I have been very thankful for the craziness and creativity that has surrounded me this year with all the pieces of fabric, fabric paper, flowers, metal, and Dremel bits flying around. I knew that it would not last forever. I just found out that I will not be going to winter CHA with Dremel. So, that is a finished chapter for me now. It was a great journey while it lasted. I learned a lot about craft industry shows. It was a lot of fun to be able to walk around the CHA floor. I will keep going with my other projects. My Dremel will still be out to create art jewelry for myself (that I will never wear) but will feel the need to make anyway. I am sure another door will open for me soon. I will be cleaning the paint off of my fingers while I wait.

How strange! Has Dremel given up on its artist users?
You have been so inspirational -- thanks Belinda!

How ironic. Prior to reading this post, I had just signed up for my free Dremel DVD. I put in the comments how you had renewed my interest in using my Dremel and that I bought the Dremel station because I saw you use it at the summer CHA show in Chicago. I have no doubt that another company will latch on to your creative talents. Thanks for sharing with us via your blog.
