Answer to iPhone inquiries

I have been getting a few inquiries about iPhone usage. I am just a user and not a guru by any means. The best people to ask would be the people at Apple and not me. Not sure if most people know this or not but the Apple website has quite a few tutorials for iPhone users. That is how I learned to use my iPhone. They also offer free classes in their store (I took one of those as well).
